Job Description

Family 1 Job Description *
I began nannying for Grady when he was just 6 months old, and he has recently turned 2. During this time, I created a structured schedule that supported his nap times and bottle feedings. As he grew, I played a key role in transitioning him to solid foods and preparing healthy meals.
Additionally, I assist with the children's laundry and continue to cook nutritious meals for Grady. I focus on supporting his speech development through interactive activities and ensure he engages in outdoor play. I also facilitate enriching classes in music, art, swimming, and physical development, fostering his overall growth and learning. Along with caring for Grady, I manage pick-ups and drop-offs for his two older siblings from school and various activities.

Reasons for Leaving

Grady will be starting preschool in August, which means I'll sadly be seeking a new opportunity. It has truly been a rewarding experience to spend the past two years watching him grow and develop. I feel incredibly fortunate to have been part of his journey and am grateful for the memories and milestones we've shared during this time.

I was responsible for school pick-ups and drop-offs, as well as preparing lunches and assisting with meal prep. I supported the child with homework, helped organize the home, and coordinated transportation to extracurricular activities, ensuring a balanced and well-structured daily routine.

Reasons for Leaving

The family's schedule changed, with the mother transitioning to working from home, which resulted in a need for fewer hours of childcare support

Job Description

I provided comprenensive chilacare support, including bottle feeding, assisting with daily routines, and transportation. I helped maintain an organized household and managed travel for weeks to months at a time, often working 12-hour days and multiple consecutive days.
Additionally, I supported behavioral assistance, collaborating closely with a behavioral therapist to implement strategies and ensure the child's developmental needs were met.

Reasons for Leaving

I sought to transition to a standard 9-to-5 schedule, as the extended 12-hour workdays were no longer aligned with my personal and professional goals.
