I was hired when the baby was just two days old, providing full newborn care while also assisting with two older children in the household. As the children grew, my role naturally evolved into a full-time nanny position. I managed all aspects of childcare, including newborn and infant care, daily routines, school drop-offs and pick-ups, travel with the family, and age-appropriate developmental support. I took full responsibility for the children’s safety, schedules, and well-being, adapting my care as their needs changed from infancy through early childhood.
