While working with my second family, I prioritize clear communication with the parents to understand the daily agenda, including the children’s bedtime and appropriate snacks. During my time with the children, I remain attentive and engaged by playing with them, listening actively, and creating a positive environment. While waiting for meals to arrive, I ensure they are occupied with meaningful activities. As part of the evening routine, I encourage teamwork by having the children clean up their toys; I introduce “clean-up time” with music and assist them in staying organized. I also plan interactive activities such as board games, arts and crafts, painting, and coloring, allowing them to express creativity. To conclude the day, I follow a structured bedtime routine by ensuring they brush their teeth and enjoy a book before going to sleep.
