Working for the family for 15 years. I did everything from paying all bills for residences within the US, managing art collection, worked with interior designer team in regular care of the properties interior and exterior, all vendor services scheduled as well as scheduled housekeeping and chefs. I worked closely with the executive assistant for one of the principals as well with with builders, contractors, event planners. Set up residences when new construction was completed, scheduled and packed up residences with movers and coordinated location of items to different residences around the world and storage. During the holidays I purchased and wrapped gifts, worked with florists for parties and event planners. Anything that needed to be done for this family day or night I was entrusted with facilitating the execution. Eventually, as the family grew with the older children getting married and having kids, a main family office was created and I continued to work at one of the residences and also assist their son's growing family and one of his residences. As a team of people we worked together around the world ensuring everything was in order for the family no matter where they were in the world.
