Job Description
Start Age of Children: 1.5 yrs (Charlene’s 1st child) and 5 month old (Charlene’s 2nd child)
Schedule: 8am-6pm
● Ensure safe, nurtured and happy care of 2 infants that have now transitioned into toddlers.
● Communicate with children's parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues.
● Work with parents to ensure important milestones of child development are met such as introducing
solids, walking, speaking, reading, and potty training.
● Assist in continued primary education of words, letters, sounds, colors and numbers through reading,
singing, and art projects.
● Engage in play and learning activities that stimulate the child’s growth.
● Sanitize toys and play equipment
● Keep track of child’s meals and nap schedule
● Prepared healthy/organic meals and snacks
● Assist in taking child to activities (ex. library story time, park, music class and neighborhood walks)
● Assist in chores associated with the child including changing bedding, keeping areas
clean, washing clothes, changing diapers, and dressing the child.
Reasons for Leaving
