Applied knowledge about early childhood development and education to provide over 300 hours of care in an early childcare setting under the supervision of an experienced teacher, in a classroom of 10 children (ages 3-30 months). Observed and collected weekly fieldnotes on one focal child's domains of development; completed an extensive Case Study detailing the focal child's development in connection with current psychology literature. Developed and implemented an Emergent Curriculum for the classroom based on primary and secondary research, meeting the developmental needs and interests of ten children ages 3-30 months.
