I am still employed. I have not left family and they are not aware I am looking. Parents are very un organized and detached from children. I feel like a jack of all trades every day. I spend more time cleaning up after parents than I do for children. Mother will try and re negotiate my pay when they travel and pay me less for house sitting and not my normal weekly pay. I am always busy which I love but my work does not decrease when they are out of town. House is always a mess. I have tried to organize and clean out closets and pantry but it always becomes a mess.
