Job Description
I felt it would be important to highlight my experience working with children as an ABA therapist in this section -
During this time I collaborated with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized care plans for children with special needs. Utilized evidence-based strategies, including positive reinforcement, to support goal-oriented behavior, task completion, and the development of social skills. Maintained detailed documentation of each child’s activities, behavioral progress, and developmental milestones, regularly communicating updates with parents, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency and support across environments.
Reasons for Leaving
As I felt more compelled to focus on my Nanny career I chose to resign from Quest Therapy in order to focus on that pursuit.
